For kids 5-13 our 2 month kids boot camp teaches body mechanics, movement consistency and then intensity. Consistently good body mechanics leads to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Many studies have shown that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent exercise can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
The Boot Camp is perfect for kids that are in competitive sports, including club teams and travel ball.
$65 per month per kid
$50 each additional kid from same family
Justin is an experienced athlete and skilled coach. He was drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 6th round of the 2006 MLB June Amateur Draft and played 5 years of professional baseball. After baseball Justin found CrossFit and started training at CrossFit Chino Hills where he has competed in multiple contests including the 2014 CrossFit Games SoCal Regional, 2014 OC Throwdown and numerous local competitions. Justin knows how to connect with kids and keep them smiling while helping them learn and grow as an athlete.
Kate is a highly credentialed trainer and gifted athlete. Kate has received her CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2 and CrossFit Endurance certifications. She is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a BS in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. Additionally she is CPR/AED First Aid and Red Cross Lifeguard Certified. Kate has competed in many local competitions including the CrossFit Games SoCal Regional.
Kristen grew up competing in gymnastics and cheerleading. She competed at the National level and has brought her body mechanics skills to our Kids Boot Camp. She has her Crossfit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2 and Crossfit Gymnastics certifications and is USA Gymnastics Certified. Additionally Nessa is ACE Personal Trainer Certified and NASM Corrective Exercise Certified. Currently expecting her first child Nessa is a spirited coach that knows how to help young athletes excel.
Bell has played many sports but thrived in Rugby. While attending EMT school in 2009 he found CrossFit and has been pursuing this passion ever since. He is CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2 and CrossFit Endurance and USA Weightlifting certified, He is a Sports Performance Coach, Firefighter/EMT and is Water Safety Instructor Certified. In addition to competing and training Kevin is working on his BS in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. Kevin has competed many times including the CrossFit Games SoCal Regional as an individual and on Team CrossFit Chino Hills.
