    I can’t pick one. I honestly love everything. I love any type of lift and I love BURPEES!

    I love it all!
  3. When did you start CrossFitting/Pilates/HIIT and how did you hear about it?
    I started CrossFit in 2012. My aunt introduced me and I have been addicted ever since!
  4. What certifications do you hold?
    CrossFit level 1. Bachelors degree in liberal studie.
  5. What is your favorite part about being a Coach?
    Helping others achieve what they never thought possible.
  6. What do you like to do besides CrossFit/Pilates/HIIT?
    I love running and the stair machine haha I love the globe gym!! I enjoy hikes and bike rides as well.
  7. What is your favorite workout music?
    Eminem or country.
