  1. How did you hear about CrossFit?
    I was working in Manila, Philippines 7 years ago and wanted to experience a tough full body workout and fell in love with it ever since! And CrossFit Saga has been my home now for 3 years!
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    Karen! It’s a workout your body will thank you for the following day.
  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    I would have to say Murph. Yeah, yeah you’re probably reading this thinking I’m crazy but, the endurance, the mental challenge of pushing yourself to new limits has always been a challenge I embrace.
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    More like what would we not. I have nothing to hide and I’m a man who’s comfortable enough to admit this… Not only will there be Hip hop, R&b, Country, Alternative, Rock, Edm. But I will also show love to the beautiful ladies of the Spice Girls. Yes I rock out to them in my car sometimes!
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    I’m a DJ, I’m a sports fanatic (Go Lakers, Dodgers and Ducks!) And I’m a sucker for sneakers. Live a little right? I’m all about good vibes and encouraging those to do better, so come thru CrossFit Saga and we’ll help you get to where you wanna be one workout at a time.
