    I Iove deadlifts and hand stand walks!

    Thrusters make me sad.
  3. When did you start CrossFitting/Pilates/HIIT and how did you hear about it?
    I started CrossFit just over 3 years ago. My buddy Nick Vaca kept bugging me to try it because he knew I was trying to get my fat-ass in better shape. I tried it for 3 days and was sprung!

    Crossfit Level 1.
  5. What is your favorite part about being a Coach?
    I’m a competitive drinker
  6. What do you like to do besides CrossFit/Pilates/HIIT?
    That old school westcoast gangsta ish!
  7. What is your favorite workout music?
    Depends on Day but I can usually count on top 40.
