When I was a college athlete. I was introduced to crossfit on our off season. When I finished college I decided to try it out. Been with it ever since.
- What certifications do you hold?
Crossfit L1, bachelor degree in math and dance.
- What is your favorite part about being a Coach?
Helping others reach their fitness goals and hearing about improvements.
- What do you like to do besides CrossFit/Pilates/HIIT?
I love to eat, dance and fun in the sun.
- What is your favorite workout music?
Depends on Day but I can usually count on top 40.
