  1. How did you hear about CrossFit?
    I first found out about CrossFit from a co-worker of mine who was doing CrossFit for a few years. He invited my wife and myself to an intro class and ever since we’ve been hooked!
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    I would have to say right now my most favorite WOD would be AMANDA because it involves 2 of my favorite moves in CrossFit; the snatch and muscle ups. Both movements are very challenging and the weight that is prescribed for the snatch is a difficult weight to throw overhead from 9 to 7 to 5 reps.
  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    It relates to the question before, the snatch. I enjoy the snatch from the ground, high hang, power and squat snatch.
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    Right now I play a lot of music through Pandora with radio stations ranging from Michael & Janet Jackson, Audiopush, CoffeBrown, Colbie Caillate, Bob Marley, Salt-n-Pepper, Miguel, Jill Scott, Amel Larrriuex, Wale, 2-Chainz, Drake….just to name a few.
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    My wife and I used to do hip-hop dance. Every opportunity we get to dance we’ll take whether it’s at home, at the gym or even during a wedding performance, WE’RE DOING IT!
