  1. When did you first CrossFit?
    I started CrossFit in September of 2010 at CFCH. I had a friend who introduced me to CrossFit and challenged me to try it. I came in and after getting humbled during the intro wod by BJ, I knew this was something that I needed in my life.
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    My favorite has to be Fight Gone Bad. I had a chance to do this workout as a fundraising event early into CrossFit and it really showed me what a great community we have.
  3. What is your favorite part of being a coach?
    My favorite part of being a coach is the way I can give back to the members and help them reach their goals. There’s nothing better than seeing someone crush a goal that they never felt attainable.
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    I have a wide variety of workout music from Tupac to Aldean to Collie Buddz depending on whether it’s a metcon, lifting, or just rolling out and doing mobility. My favorite would have to be 90’s Hip Hop if I had to choose.
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    Besides CrossFit, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports, movies, and just trying new things. CrossFit has been a huge influence in my family’s lifestyle and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Certifications: CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kettlebell, CrossFit Gymnastics, Alexander Method of SMR, and CPR/AED First Aid.
