Step 2: Fundamentals
$180 – covers your first Month. It includes 3 one on one sessions and unlimited group sessions during that period. Free if 12 month membership paid up front.
$25 cancellation charge if under 24 hours.
Fundamentals cover all the movements you will see on a daily basis in the group classes. During these classes we cover the Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Thruster, Kipping Pull-Up, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Box Jump, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Clean, Kettlebell Swing, Wall Balls, and many other movements.
Step 3: Memberships
All Memberships Include Regular Class times, Open gym Only for Unlimited with commitment.
