- How did you hear about CrossFit?
I had recently gotten back into working out and my friend told me to try it out, signed up and haven’t stopped going since!
- What is your favorite WOD?
Anything that includes Handstand Push Ups, fan of body weight movement’s so “cindy” can be fun.
- Favorite exercise or lift?
The muscle up, ever since I walked into the box and saw those rings… Also huge fan of Clean & Jerks.
- What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
A mix of most everything but more towards 90’s hip-hop & rock, 60’s-70’s rock, we can skip Country!
- What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
Mostly any outdoor activity, music shows, visiting others places/states, would like to travel to many places outside the country.
Certifications: CrossFit L1, CPR/AED First Aid
